[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Next CLAS Collaboration Meeting & Monthly NPWG Remote Meeting

Dear NPWG members,

I hope my message finds you all well, especially with all what's going on
with the corona virus pandemic.

As you might see, the next week collaboration meeting will be held remotely
for two days, and will be followed by an other meeting by the end of April.
The first meeting of this type will focus on software and run-groups
updates, new CLAS12 proposals, and efforts toward the first CLAS12
publications, with no joint or dedicated working group sessions. This
decision has been made by CCC to make our online collaboration meeting more
effective. However, since the new meeting agenda is not covering Friday,
March 27th, which coincides with our monthly remote meeting, I am
suggesting to hold our meeting as scheduled and have our five volunteered
speakers present on it.

Please let me know what do you think about this proposal. I will wait your
feedback before confirming the meeting and sharing its agenda.

Dear CLAS collaborators,

Even though the situation gets worse and the uncertainty grows fast, we as
a collaboration must move on and need to adapt to a new work environment.
We’ve decided to have shorter collaboration meetings, but more
frequent/focused meetings until things are resolved.  Our next
collaboration meeting will be a two-day on-line meeting on March 24-25 with
the following focus items:

•       Software updates
•       Run-group updates (RG-A, RG-B and RG-K)
•       First CLAS12 publications
•       CLAS12 new proposal
•       New member institutions

The next collaboration meeting will be held on April 28-29, 2020 and will
have another one in May and so on, until we can have an in-person
collaboration meeting and have a normal life back.  We hope that the new
format will make us better connected during this very difficult time and
work more effectively as a collaboration.
