Dear NPWG members,
I hope my message finds you well.
As you may know, I advertised a couple months ago for a compilation of our
group members analysis projects of both CLAS6 and new CLAS12 datasets. A
new "Analysis Projects" tab has been added to our NPWG wiki-page to keep
track of that, see this link:
https://clasweb.jlab.org/Hall-B/npwg/index.php/Main_Page#tab=Analysis_Projects
Please have a look at the list therein to make sure your analysis project
is acknowledged. If not yet, please feel free to add it using your JLab
credentials or send me the info and will update the list.
In the same context, I was asked by the CLAS speakers committee (CSC
<https://clasweb.jlab.org/csc/wiki/index.php/Main_Page>) to provide some
feedback on the list of nuclear targets topics that they are including in
their solicitation letter to different scientific events to promote
CLAS-related talks as well as speakers.
Please have a look at this shared Google document and feel free to edit it
or send me your recommendations for it:

It will be appreciated if you could do that by COB on April 12th so I can
compile the new topics list and forward it to the CSC by April 15th.
As for the upcoming scientific events, we do have some group members
participating in both GHP2021 workshop <https://indico.jlab.org/event/412/>
as well as the APS April meeting
<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__meetings.aps.org_Meeting_APR21_APS-5Fepitome&d=DwIBaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=oFpNaB86z9R0_Cm6JnqHFw&m=ja2i3YnmLDbuSe2cwtX2iP0Nw5RXzwru8cTUTQXjDK4&s=4ZfunpmerpSkFCZSCl-_xZge7tRvMmii1vKVnD0O4zM&e= >, please keep in mind
that you have to get the group approval if you are presenting any
unpublished new results either for CLAS6 or CLAS12 analyses. Such results
should always be tagged with preliminary even if it's undergoing the
internal CLAS review. In case such an approval is not granted yet, you
could either circulate your slides among the group members or we could hold
a special meeting for these talks' dry-run. If you are in favor of the
latter, I suggest next Monday, April 12th, at any time between 9:30 AM and
12 PM CDT (unfortunately, this is the only day I can make prior to those
events).
Best,
Lamiaa
