Dear NPWG,

The UK Institute of Physics nuclear physics conference is coming up in
April, and I'd like to repurpose the DNP talk I was unable to present last
fall on my little corner of the electrons for neutrinos project, itself a
repurpose of a presentation I was unable to give at the corresponding IoP
conference in 2020 when the event was cancelled.

This year's conference is virtual, and has an appropriately reduced fee, so
I'm hoping third time's the charm. As a result, the abstract is
thematically similar to those previously submitted and seen by this group,
and builds on the material presented at the last collaboration meeting,
with some additional emphasis on simulations, software tools and prospects
for CLAS12.

Due to issues with the announcement emails, I was only recently made aware
that the submission deadline is today (January 29), although it is possible
this will be extended due to the short notice they provided, so feel free
to send on any comments or suggestions you may have and I'll do my best to
incorporate them.

Regards,

Stuart
