[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Followup on March NPWG Monthly Meeting & Request for Meeting Time Change

Dear NPWG members,

Given I got just one contribution for this month's monthly meeting, I have
checked with the volunteer speaker and there is no problem to postpone the
update until the April's meeting. Thus, I suggest skipping tomorrow's
meeting and reconvene in the last week of April.

Since our members spectrum is currently covering three US time zones,
eastern, central and pacific, and at least two European time zones, I got
another request to change the meeting time/date to accommodate the pacific
time-zone members. I understand the challenge to find a convenient time
that accommodates everyone schedules as well as time, but let's see if we
could converge on something more convenient using this doodle poll:

The earliest time I put on it is 9 AM CDT, 7 AM PDT, and only Wednesday and
Friday mornings as the other mornings are already crowded for me. Please
enter your preferences in the poll as soon as you can. If we converge, the
new time/date will be used for the April meeting, otherwise, we will keep
meeting on Fridays at 8 AM CDT.
