[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] No November Monthly Meeting

Dear NPWG members,

I hope my message finds you well.

I apologize for the late notice, but I assumed since we just had the
collaboration meeting a couple weeks ago that we will not meet for our
monthly November meeting. Also, this week overlaps with the Thanksgiving
break in the U.S. and several of us are already off.
In the same context, the December meeting will fall in the Christmas break,
thus please let me know if you would like to meet a week or two weeks
earlier, i.e. either on Wednesday December 15th or 22nd. The other option
will be to skip the December meeting as well.
I will go with the majority in this regard.
