[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] NPWG Session on March CLAS Collaboration Meeting

Dear NPWG members,

I hope my message finds you well.

As you may know from Silvia's message below, the March collaboration
meeting will be again virtual and its draft agenda can be accessed in this
link <https://indico.jlab.org/event/518/>. As usual, we will have three PWG
sessions and the one dedicated to NPWG members' activities will be
held this time on Wednesday, March 2nd, from 10:50 AM to 12:50 PM EST.
Thus, please drop me a line if you would like to give an update about your
ongoing analyses as well as planned projects. I will appreciate it if you
get back to me with your contribution no later than *Friday, Feb. 18th*. A
friendly reminder will be sent as this soft deadline approaches.

Dear CLAS Collaborators,
in the closeout of the fall CLAS Meeting, I had announced our intention to
try and have the spring Collaboration Meeting in hybrid format, with some
people physically present at JLab in the meeting rooms and the others
connect remotely. However, I was recently informed that due to the
current Covid situation, to the related DOE policies, and to the fact that
JLab is still in MEDCON4, our hybrid meeting will not be possible. So,
I am very sorry to announce that we'll have another fully remote CLAS
Collaboration Meeting, from March 1st to March 4th. Hopefully it will be
the last one.
The program is under preparation, please make sure to get in touch with
your WG Chair (and/or with me) if you want to give a presentation.
