[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Doodle Poll Results & DNP22 Dry-runs

Dear NPWG members,

As I mentioned in my last reminder, I have closed the doodle poll and the
result was emailed directly to those of you who participated in it, many
thanks for dedicating time to do so! I had in fact the highest
participation rate this time (*40% increase compared to last poll*) and the
winner slot on the U.S. central time zone (CDT) is

where 10 participants voted "Yes", one "Can if need", and 4 "can't make
it". My apologies to Ahmed El Alaoui, Raphael Dupre, Taisiya Mineeva, and
Alex Peck for the inconvenience, and I hope this time will open up for you
in the near future. As a result, we will be meeting on the last Wednesday
of each month, so please mark your calendar for that.

Exceptionally this month, we will meet this Wednesday, Oct. 19th, for the
DNP22 dry-runs given that many of us, including myself, will be heading to
the DNP meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 26th. The tentative agenda and the ZOOM

All these talks are contributed, i.e., 12 min  (10' + 2') long, but I am
dedicating more time for questions and comments. All speakers should
clearly highlight any new "preliminary" results that require approval for
the DNP22 meeting.

I should note that this call applies to all types of talks, contributed,
invited or general, which may include any unpublished CLAS6/12 results that
are not approved yet by our working group. Feel free to communicate with me
with any questions/concerns you may have in this regard.
