Dear NPWG members,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are due for our monthly meeting next Wednesday, February 28th, at
11 AM CST, 12
PM EST, 9 AM PST, 14:00 CLST, and 18:00 CET.
Please drop me a line no later than COB on Monday, Feb. 26th, in case you
would like to give an update about your ongoing analysis and/or projects.
This is a good opportunity to present your work to the PWG, especially if
you plan to participate in any upcoming scientific events, such as the APS
April Meeting, to solicit the group's endorsement for any new unpublished
results you might have.
As a courtesy reminder, it's worth noting that all unpublished results
should be tagged with "preliminary" and approved by the corresponding PWG
before being disseminated.
Based on your inputs, I will either send the meeting connection info and an
agenda early next week or cancel it in case you prefer to keep your update
until the dedicated NPWG session on the March CLAS Collaboration meeting
two weeks from next Wednesday.

In regard to the March collaboration meeting, please send me your
contributions no later than Feb. 29th to add them to the session agenda.
There are still a few open slots, 4 to 5, depending on the talk duration.
In case I contacted some of you seeking updates for the March meeting,
please get back to me by the mentioned deadline, at least with a tentative
title and speaker, to reserve you a slot and then finalize the agenda
within the first week of March.

I look forward to hearing back from as many of you as possible.

Best,

Lamiaa
