Once the abstract is approved by the PWG, it can be submitted to the CSC in parallel with the APS submission, as I previously mentioned, since the abstracts were circulated a bit late due to holidays, etc. Sorry for the delayed reply, as I didn't have a chance to check my emails in the last couple of hours.
