[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Nominations for CSC NPWG Alternate due by Friday, Nov. 29th

Dear NPWG Members,

I hope you're doing well.

First of all, let me thank Mhohammad Hattawy for his 6-year service on the CLAS
speakers committee (CSC)

for our working group and the collaboration as a whole is very much
appreciated.

To comply with the CLAS Bylaws
<https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/claschair/CBdocs/Bylaws_of_the_CLAS_Collaboration_June2021.pdf>
stating that a CSC member can't serve more than three consecutive terms of
two years each, i.e., no more than two automatic term renewals are allowed,
our working group must elect a new CSC alternate. As a result, please send
me your nominations by *COB on Friday, Nov. 29th, 2024*. Self-nominations
are welcome. The election will be held shortly after the end of the
nomination period.
