[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] NPWG Monthly Meeting on Aug. 27th and CSC Representative Approaching Deadline

Dear NPWG Members,

I hope you are doing well!

We are due for the August monthly meeting next Wednesday, Aug. 27th, at 11 a.m. CDT,  9 a.m. PDT, 12 p.m. EDT/CLT, and 18:00 CEST. Please drop me a line no later than 5 p.m. CDT on Monday, July 25th, if you have any updates you would like to share with the group members. As usual, I will confirm the meeting and any possible agenda one last time on Tuesday morning, as I will leave it to the new Chair, Raphael, to deal with it in the way that suits all best by the beginning of his term in September ☺️.

As a side note, I would like to remind you of the approaching deadline for the CSC NPWG representative nominations. It's, as mentioned below, the close of business this Monday, Aug. 25th.

P.S.: If you plan to attend any workshop or conference in 2025, please circulate your abstract to the NPWG mailing list, nulcear at jlab.org<mailto:nulcear at jlab.org>, for review and endorsement. As previously discussed, any preliminary results should be presented first to the working group before dissemination. Once the release is approved, a CSC request should be submitted.

Dear NPWG members,

I hope you're all doing well, enjoying the summer season 🙂!

Given that the term of our current representative, Yordanka Ilieva, in the CLAS Speakers Committee is ending by the beginning of this September and is not eligible for renewal after exhausting the maximum six years of service, our working group should hold an election to identify the new representative. As a result, please send me your nominations, including self-nominations, by the COB on Monday, August 25th. The election ballot will be opened shortly after the end of the nomination period with the help of Bryan.

Please join me in thanking Yordanka for her CSC service throughout these years, and I am looking forward to receiving your nominations.
