Dear NPWG Members,

I hope you are doing well.

The 2025 spring CLAS Collaboration meeting will be held at JLab from March 4th to 7th. The event organization has started, and I am soliciting contributions for the NPWG mini-sessions scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, March 5th. Please get back to me by the COB on Friday, Feb. 21st, with a contribution title, duration, and preferred time slot, if any!

I look forward to hearing from as many of you as possible since it's crucial to keep the collaboration up to date with our working group activities and present updates about all ongoing analyses and planned projects, mainly for collected run-group datasets, RG-M/D/E and the forthcoming RG-L (ALERT), RG-G, and any new proposals/LOI planned for this year's PAC53. I trust you will encourage your group members, especially students, to come forward and participate in this in-person event. Similarly to the 2024 summer and fall collaboration meetings, junior graduate students will be accommodated with short flash talks of 5 to 10 minutes to introduce them to the collaboration since this initiative was well received. As usual, the ZOOM connection will be provided for remote participation.

Best,

Lamiaa
