[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Skipping July NPWG Monthly Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

Since I didn't receive any requests for contributions, I am cancelling the July monthly meeting. We will reconvene in August, the last meeting I will host before transitioning to the new chair. In this regard, please vote if you haven't done so yet, as the ballot will close by the end of tomorrow, July 30th!

Enjoy the rest of your summer before the fall semester classes resume in August, at least in the US, and be healthy and safe 💐 ☺️!

I hope you are doing well and enjoying some relaxation this summer season ☺️!

We are due for our July monthly meeting next Wednesday, July 30th, at 11 a.m. CDT,  9 a.m. PDT, 12 p.m. EDT/CLT, and 18:00 CEST. Although we had the collaboration meeting early this month with various progress updates from our working group members, if you wish to discuss some new updates about your ongoing project, please drop me a line no later than 5 p.m. CDT on Monday, July 28th, to confirm the meeting and its agenda on Tuesday morning.

I look forward to hearing back from you. Otherwise, enjoy your summer and be safe 🙂!

P.S.: If you plan to attend any workshop or conference in 2025, please circulate your abstract to the NPWG mailing list, nulcear at jlab.org<mailto:nulcear at jlab.org>, for review and endorsement. As previously discussed, any preliminary results should be presented first to the working group before dissemination. Once the release is approved, a CSC request should be submitted.
