Subject: [Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Contributions for July CLAS Collaboration NPWG Sessions & Special June Monthly Meeting

Dear NPWG Members,

I hope you are doing well.

The 2025 summer CLAS Collaboration meeting will be held at the CNU campus from July 8th to 11th. The event organization has begun, and I am soliciting contributions for the NPWG mini-sessions scheduled for Thursday, July 10th, morning. Please get back to me by the close of business (COB) on Friday, June 27th, with a contribution title, duration, and preferred time slot, if desired!

I look forward to hearing from as many of you as possible since it's crucial to keep the collaboration up to date with our working group activities and present updates about all ongoing analyses and planned projects, mainly for collected run-group datasets, RG-M/D/E and the ongoing RG-L (ALERT), RG-G, and it might be beneficial to dry-run the PAC53 presentations for the submitted proposals since the latter will be held in a couple of weeks after our meeting. I trust you will encourage your group members, especially students, to come forward and participate in this in-person event. Following the same pattern, junior graduate students will be accommodated with short flash talks of 5 to 10 minutes to introduce them to the collaboration since this initiative was well received. As usual, the ZOOM connection will be provided for remote participation.

On the other hand, we will be holding a special June monthly meeting on the third Wednesday, June 18th, instead of the last Wednesday since Julia Tena Vidal is seeking approval of the results that she will present in her invited talk at the Marciana 2025 - Lepton Interactions with Nucleons and Nuclei<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__agenda.infn.it_event_44828_timetable_-2320250623.detailed&d=DwMFAw&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=oFpNaB86z9R0_Cm6JnqHF7R2h2vWMtKYuwr2PTSEYoE&m=HUBZol03r3bm92_kRjtMoTOh8MrrR6FFqPkO99dL4VFarQrJtSmTivnsMmeAxWUo&s=u06pfqumWAMPepr_4tMCeK7tFgVTcJQhlUo28M-15mg&e=> workshop on June 23rd. Her slot will be 25 minutes long, as in the workshop; thus, please let me know by the COB on June 16th if you would like to give a brief update before the collaboration meeting.

Best,

Lamiaa
