[Nuclear] Please Review: Contribution Talk at Advances in QCD at the LHC and the EIC

Dear colleagues,

Following Raphaël's suggestion, I am circulating for your comments the 
abstract of the contribution talk I plan to give at Advances in QCD at 
the LHC and the EIC, which will take place from November 9–15 at CBPF in 
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

This is the same abstract that was approved by our working group several 
months ago, and on which I already gave a talk at the 6th European 
Nuclear Physics Conference. I am proposing to present the same talk at 
this upcoming conference.

Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions during the 
next week. Once approved, I will declare the talk to the speaker 
committee as requested.
