[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Abstract for APS Global Physics Summit 2026.

Dear Akshit,

It seems to me that a few basic numbers in regard of the
ALERT detector acceptance would be interesting for the readers.
First of all I mean borders (restrictions)
for protons momentum and emission angle.
