Hello Everyone,

I want to convey several news for our working group, please read until the end!

1. The election has been closed for a bit now. So congratulation to Taya for her confirmation as our representative on the CSC. Thank you Taya for taking on this important work for our group !

2. Review of abstracts: I remind everyone that abstracts for conferences should always be circulated well in advance to the working group before submission. We have right now, two abstracts recently submitted (see https://clasweb.jlab.org/Hall-B/npwg/index.php/Main_Page#Abstracts.2FTalks ). Please if you have any comments send them directly to the author and add me in copy if it is anything major. This is because in general, we will not hold a formal vote to approve the abstracts, but if anything controversial arises I need to be informed to organize a resolution of the issue and possibly a meeting of the group for a decision.

In addition, I remind everyone that "scientific results" (detector data are not concerned, but any extraction of a physical observable is) need to be shown and approved in a working group or collaboration meeting before being presented in a conference. So if it is published results, you can go ahead, but if it is not published, remember to put preliminary labels on all figures and make sure you presented these figures at a working group meeting (or in plenary session at the CLAS collaboration meeting).

3. We received the submission of a "CLAS Approved Analyses" from Pierre and Richard. I think a lot of you have already seen it, I posted it on the website of our group as well (https://clasweb.jlab.org/Hall-B/npwg/index.php/Main_Page#PAC_Proposals ). I expect that we will decide on its approval during the next collaboration meeting during a working group meeting. Please let the authors and me know of any of your comments.

4. I am not planning on holding a working group meeting before the next collaboration meeting. However, if this is an issue for people presenting in a conference and they need to get their results approved, please do not hesitate to contact me and we can hold a remote meeting in October.

Final remarks, we are still organizing the collaboration meeting with the coordinating committee. However, if you already now that you want to give a presentation, please let me know !

Cheers,
Raphael
