Also I would like to remind you that the deadline for submissions of
the
Proposals and Letters of Intent to JLab PAC-37 is December 1, 2010.
If you are
planning to submit a proposal it would be nice if you also present
it at the upcoming
collaboration meeting. I pasted at the bottom of this message the
Collaboration's
timeline for submissions of CLAS proposals and letters of intent
which I copied from
the CLAS bylaws.

The abstract of a new proposal must be communicated to the
CLAS
Chair at least six (6) weeks prior to the PAC deadline. A draft
proposal will be made available to the CLAS chair at least four

nature of a
specific proposal (i.e. depending on the subject being within
the
scope of a single Working Group or not), the CLAS chair will ask
one

will be
charged with reviewing the proposal in detail. The proposal will

the CLAS chair at least two (2) weeks prior to submission to the

involved, and if needed will appoint a specific committee to
resolve
any issue that may arise.
