It will be in the morning with a joint session with the other working groups in the afternoon. </div><div><br></div><div>We already have 9 talks so expect a full agenda. If you would like to give an update, please let me know.</div><div><br></div><div>Besides the talks, I plan to start the meeting with a discussion of the CLAS12 schedule. We should discuss what steps we can take to have beam for nuclear physics experiments. Some of my thoughts </div><div>- are NP run groups ready if time opens up because of changes to the accelerator schedule?</div><div>- what is the minimum beam time a run group needs to publish and then come back later for the full statistics?</div><div>- what is our priority? Not among ourselves, but in the field. Are theorists getting impatient? Are we going to get scooped by other groups?</div><div>- do we have any data on the impact of waiting (grant rejections, tenure decisions, etc.)<br><br>See you in 24 days,</div><div>Mike<br><br><div id="AppleMailSignature" dir="ltr"><div>/\/\\-\\/\/<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">/\/\\-\\/\//\/\\-\\/\//\/\\-\\/\/<br>Professor/Chair</span></div><div>Department of Physics</div><div>Canisius College </div><div>716-888-2426</div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">/\/\\-\\/\//\/\\-\\/\//\/\\-\\/\//\/\\-\\/\/</span></div></div></div></body></html>
