[On_site_list] All Open House Volunteers Must Attend Safety Briefing; 1st Session 9a.m. TODAY

Jefferson Lab's 2010 Open House will take place Saturday, May 1. All 
Open House volunteers, whether in unpaid or paid status, must attend an 
event safety briefing and orientation. The briefings will be held in the 
CEBAF Center Auditorium at the following times:

Monday, April 26, 9 a.m.

Tuesday, April 27, 1 p.m.

Thursday, April 29, 3 p.m.

It isn't too late to sign up to help!  Volunteers are still needed as 
bus stop attendants, bus monitors, greeters and walking path monitors. 
Sign up online now at: http://www.jlab.org/openhouse/volunteer.html  for 
the full day, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., or half-day shifts. Hourly employees 
will be paid, with advance approval from their supervisors.

All volunteers will receive a T-shirt to wear the day of the event.
