[On_site_list] JLab Managers Monitor Winter-Weather Forecast for Dec. 16

  Jefferson Lab management, and ESH&Q and Facilities Management and 
Logistics staff are monitoring the regional weather forecast for 
tomorrow and tomorrow night (Thursday, Dec. 16). If it is necessary to 
make any weather related announcements, regarding Jefferson Lab 
operations, notification will be sent out via the communications tool 
listed in the Dec. 15 All Staff Memo titled: How to Determine JLab Work 
Status After Severe Weather.
