Tim Hallman, associate director for Nuclear Physics of the Department of 
Energy's Office of Science, will discuss "The Outlook From DOE" in the 
CEBAF Center auditorium at 9 a.m. today. He is addressing the Jefferson 
Lab Users Group Annual Meeting. However, everyone in the JLab community 
is invited to attend his presentation.
