[On_site_list] Paving the EEL parking lot underway today; CEBAF Center lot to begin this afternoon

Paving the EEL parking lot takes place today

1.  Paving of the Experimental Equipment Lab parking lot area (EEL, 
Bldg. 90) takes place today.

Due to paving operations, access to the EEL parking lot will be limited. 
BCS Road is closed to all traffic headed to the EEL. All personal and 
government vehicles, golf carts and delivery vehicles (except 
semi/tractor trailers) heading for the EEL parking lot and/or Shipping & 
Receiving should use the South Connector Road that runs in front of 
CEBAF Center, Bldg. 12.   See attached pdf map.

Semi/tractor trailers should go down Lawrence Drive to Hogan/SCOT and 
then to Rattley Road to access JLab's Shipping & Receiving area. A 
flagman is on Lawrence to direct semi/tractor trailers and other 
construction vehicles. ONLY tractor trailers will be allowed access to 
Rattley Road.

If you are going to use the EEL parking lot, please follow roped/coned 
markings and directional signs.

- On the fresh asphalt, drive ONLY on the areas MARKED for travel
- Park only in the existing lot in designated spots
- Please Note - Blacked out spaces are travel lanes; not for parking
- No parking in unpaved areas -- No Parking on New Asphalt
- Be Aware: New Asphalt will be temporarily marked (chalk) for future 
parking

2.  Access to RadCon (Trailer 52) is available by detouring behind the 
Test Lab, Buildings 58 and 59.

3. The contractor hopes to finish EEL parking lot paving this morning 
and move to the CEBAF Center parking lot expansion this afternoon. 
Personal vehicles parked on the EAST side of the main CEBAF Center lot 
may want to move their vehicles at lunch time to avoid potential asphalt 
spray on your vehicles during afternoon paving operations on the CEBAF 
Center lot expansion on the EAST side of the CEBAF Center parking lot.
