[On_site_list] Intermittent Road, Sidewalk Closures TODAY: Test Lab/EEL and South Linac

Please Be Aware: Site Preparation for the Technology and Engineering 
Design Facility construction project is intermittently closing BCS Road 
until mid-day today.  To park your vehicle behind the Test Lab or the 
EEL, please use the South Connector Road (the road running between the 
EEL and CEBAF Center).
A flagman is at the intersection of BCS and SURA Roads, and will 
intermittently open BCS and allow traffic onto BCS Road when it is safe.

Vehicles may also get behind the Test Lab and EEL by using the Fire Lane 
that runs directly in front of the Test Lab, building 58 and accessing 
BCS by that detour.

PEDESTRIANS: While this area has tree removal going on, DON'T use the 
sidewalk running along the west side of the EEL. Please walk behind the 
EEL and Test Lab (the east side of the buildings or walk (facing 
traffic) along the edge of SURA Road.

Keith Royston, Facilities Management is overseeing this TEDF preparation 
work.

 

On the Accelerator Site:  Some storage transportainers situated along 
the South Linac road on the Accelerator Site will be moved on Thursday, 
June 17. The work should be done by 2 p.m. While the transportainers are 
being moved, the South Linac road will be intermittently closed. Plan to 
use CEBAF Blvd. on Thursday, instead of the South Linac road, for all 
westerly vehicle movement on the Accelerator Site (This is from the back 
side of the FEL and the CHL, heading toward the experimental halls).

The connector road that connects CEBAF Blvd. to the Halls and Counting 
House will remain open. For additional information, contact Property
