[On_site_list] Blue 2-door Scion in CC lot NEEDS to be moved

There is a navy blue, two-door Scion with North Carolina plates # 
YYJ-3425 near the east side of the F Wing in the main CEBAF Center 
parking lot that needs to be moved. It is currently taking up two 
parking spots and isn't pulled up to the curb. The car could be hit by 
other parking lot traffic.
