[On_site_list] JLab: Test Lab Parking Area To Be Closed Thurs. & Fri.

The parking lot at the corner of Hadron Drive and BCS Drive (located on 
the northeast corner behind the Test Lab) will be closed all day 
Thursday and Friday (Feb. 10-11) due to construction work.

The red arrow in the image below points to the affected parking lot.
