[On_site_list] BCS Parking Lot Closed During Test Lab Exterior Painting

The BCS parking lot on the north side of the Test Lab is closed today 
and through the completion of painting the exterior of the Test Lab.

A designated walking path is in place for pedestrians to access the 
north entrance to the Test Lab lobby.

Access will be maintained to the north roll up door for access to the 
Test Lab and for nitrogen deliveries.
