[On_site_list] Congestion in & around CEBAF Center til noon today

More than 280 people are expected to convene at CEBAF Center this 
morning for the Newport News Public Schools STEM Summit. Please expect 
congestion in the parking lots serving CEBAF Center, as well as in the 
CEBAF Center lobby, auditorium, conference room L102/104, and second 
floor mezzanine.
The cafeteria is open as usual for breakfast service.
The event ends before noon today. Cafeteria lunch service will begin as 
usual at 11:30 a.m.
