[On_site_list] Run-A-Round Update! Results Online; T-shirt Distribution, Sales, Orders Underway

Thank you very much for the great turnout on May 22 for Jefferson Lab's 
28th annual Run-A-Round! The Jefferson Lab Activities Group extends its 
thanks to everyone who helped with the event, to all the individuals who 
participated in the T-shirt design contest and to all of the runners, 
walkers and stroller pushers who participated.

There seems to be more participation in the Run-A-Round each year! More 
than 450 runners crossed the finish line this year, and there were more 
participants in the T-shirt contest (13 entries) than in the past three 
years!  Even the volunteer list filled up early for this event.

Awards were given out to the first five winners in each category. Those 
who have not yet received their awards may pick them up at Dave Abbott's 
office, CEBAF Center F-Wing, Office F268. To ensure he is available, 
first call him at ext. 7190.

*2013 T-Shirt Distribution, Sales and Order Details:* This year's 
T-shirt contest had 13 entries and a total of 568 votes. The collective 
winners were Sahin Arslan, Patricia Tillery and Donna McCoy, all from 
the Experimental Nuclear Physics Division, with Einstein and the four 
experimental halls and the theme "The Big Lab Theory."
.    Volunteers with a coupon or those with a bib tab sticker (blue or 
yellow) may pick up their free JLab T-shirts at the CEBAF Center 
Reception Desk, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. 
*Volunteers:* If you have not received a T-shirt voucher, please contact 
Bridget Paul at ext. 7306 no later than May 31.
.    All remaining T-shirts and hats may be purchased for $7 starting 
Tuesday, May 28 at the CEBAF Center Reception Desk.
.    Short-sleeved adult-sized T-shirts from small to 5XL may be ordered 
using order forms at the CEBAF Center Reception Desk. The order deadline 
is 5 p.m. Thursday, June 6.
.    Long-sleeved T-shirts and youth-sized T-shirts may be ordered at 
the CEBAF Center Reception Desk. Adults' small -- X-large are $11, 2XL- 
3XL are $15. The order deadline is 5 p.m. Thursday, June 6.
.    Remaining magnets from last year are available for $1 each.

The Run-A-Round is a great event and lots of fun. We cannot do any of 
this without your help!  Thanks go out to the JAG committee, Facilities 
Management and Logistics, Quark Cafe and Security staff and to all our 
volunteers for all your efforts for the event.
