*Tomorrow -- Tuesday, Oct. 29 -- is the date for the JAG Tailgate 
picnic. Plan to Attend and Enjoy the Food and Fun!**A Dozen Volunteers 
Still Needed to Help With Event.*

Jefferson Lab employees and users are invited to the JAG Tailgate 
scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct. 29) from 3-5:30 p.m., in the field 
behind the SURA Residence Facility. Please note that this event is on 
Tuesday this year!

The Tailgate will feature chili, nachos, grilled foods and beverages, 
and games for all ages. Wear your favorite team's colors (whatever the 
sport) and sturdy shoes, and dress for potentially cool evening 
temperatures.

In order to make this event a success, the JAG committee needs volunteer 
help with set up, food and drink service, drink bracelets and clean up. 
Volunteer positions, in one-hour shifts, are posted on the JAG webpage. 
A dozen critical volunteer taskings are still open. If you are coming 
out for the event, please sign up to help just for one hour and help

Parking for the Tailgate: Park your vehicle in the CEBAF Center parking 
lot and walk to the field. Don't park your vehicle in the Residence 
Facility lot or along Rattley Road.

During the Tailgate, the winning tickets will be drawn for the lab's 
United Way fundraising campaign iPad mini raffle. Tickets are $1 each 
and are available for purchase from noon-1 p.m. through Tuesday, Oct. 
29, in the CEBAF Center lobby. Tickets will also be available for 
purchase at the Tailgate. All raffle ticket proceeds go to the United 
Way to support community services like after school programs.
