[On_site_list] Fitness Center Open House Today, 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.; Center Opens for Use Tomorrow

Jefferson Lab celebrates the opening of its Fitness Center today with an 
open house from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. The Fitness Center is located in 
Room 2558 of the Technology and Engineering Development Building, Bldg. 55.

The center includes cardio and strength equipment as well as a TV/DVD 
and space to exercise.

Stop by the Fitness Center today to familiarize yourself with the room 
and its amenities.

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 7, the center will be open; hours of 
operation will be 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. The facility is 
for use by all Jefferson Lab staff and visiting scientists at least 18 
years old. Use of the facility is at an individual’s own risk. Everyone 
should consult their physician before beginning any exercise program.
