[On_site_list] Potable water leak on Accel. Site between Bldgs. 97 & 98

There is a potable water leak between Buildings 97 and 98 (the Counting 
House and Cryo Weld Shop) on the Accelerator Site.

Potable water has been secured to Buildings 98 and 102.

Repairs are being scheduled.
