[On_site_list] White Nissan in CEBAF Center parking lot: Locked & Running

There is a white Nissan 4-door in the CEBAF Center parking lot with its 
engine running.

The Virginia plate on the vehicle is VHG 8729

The car appears to be a rental with a Budget rental agreement form 
visible on the front seat console area.There appears to be the name 
“Wang” visible on the rental paperwork.

The car is locked and the engine is running. If you know whose vehicle 
this might be, please let them know so they can turn the vehicle off.
