[On_site_list] Evacuation Information for Users at JLab

To Jefferson Lab Users Currently at the lab:

JLab has a program to support user evacuation should it become necessary 
due to a major hurricane. If you are a user currently stationed at the 
lab and do not have ready access to transportation, JLab will provide 
transportation to evacuate you from the area if needed. In addition, 
JLab has an agreement for short term housing of users in Richmond.

If you have no means of transportation while at JLab, please register 
with Lorelei Chopard in the User Office by noon Friday, Oct. 2 
(lorelei at jlab.org) and provide the following information:

1. Your name (and the names of those in your group if applicable who 
might need assistance).

2. A contact number (preferably cell phone) where the lab can reach you 
if needed.

Each Hall has a contact person to assist in the event of such an 
emergency, they are:

Hall A: Doug Higinbotham ext.7851

Hall B: Xiangdong Wei ext. 5266

Hall C: Steve Wood ext. 7367, cell 757-593-6656

Hall D: Elton Smith ext. 7625

All others: Lorelei Chopard ext. 6388
