[On_site_list] Lab Experienced Local Phone Outage This Morning; Telecom Working to ID Problem

For a brief period this morning, the Jefferson Lab phone system 
experienced an outage of local phone service – affecting both incoming 
and outgoing local calls.

Telecommunications staff members are currently working with Cox 
Communications to determine the cause of the outage and address it.

Neither long-distance service nor internal calls were affected during 
this outage.
