[On_site_list] Watch for Slow/Stopped Traffic & Flag Person on Lawrence Dr. on Wednesday

The Hampton Roads Sanitation district contractor that is installing a 
new 30 inch sanitary force main under Lawrence Dr. will need to do some 
exploratory digging on the existing 12 inch waterline on Wednesday, Jan 13.

The digging will take place right along the roadway. For the safety of 
the workers, vehicles and equipment, please heed the direction of the 
flag person who will be managing traffic movement.
