potentially dangerous conditions. Please use caution if working

temperatures will run from 1-5 p.m. each day. Stay indoors with air

--Plan adequate rest breaks,<br>
--Wear protective clothing and sun screen and <br>
--Drink plenty of hydrating fluids. Thirst lags behind dehydration.
Drink more
than your sense of thirst indicates.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

you engage in lunchtime sports activities (hockey, walking, bicycling,
