to inaugurate construction of the Technology and Engineering
Development Facility, or TEDF. The event will take place at the
tent on Flag Alley (SURA Road) just west of the Test Lab (Bldg.
58) and the Experimental Equipment Lab (Bldg. 90).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

available on a first-come, first-served basis. Standing room is
available. If you plan on attending, please arrive no later than
8:50 a.m. Pedestrians arriving from the Accelerator Site after
8:50 a.m. may be directed down the sidewalk on the west side of
the EEL. The program is expected to last 30 – 40 minutes.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Connector Road will both be closed from about 8:30 a.m. until
shortly after the end of the program (around 10 a.m.). During
this time, vehicle traffic is asked to use the North Connector
Road (between CEBAF Center and the VARC) or Rattley Road in
order to access the Test Lab, EEL, RadCon and CEBAF Center. <span
