Increased Truck Traffic on Hadron Drive & BCS Road; Gravel
Area North of RadCon Closes for Demolition of Large Concrete
Blocks

The dirt driveway and gravel area just north of the RadCon Block
House, Building 52, will be closed June 1-15 for the demolition and
removal of the large concrete blocks stacked at the north end of the
gravel area. The entire gravel area will be blocked for the duration
of this work.

The concrete blocks will be brought down and broken into smaller
pieces with a hydraulic hammer. This will be noisy, and persons in
close proximity to the area may require hearing protection.

BCS Road, leading into the Central Materials Storage Area (CMSA),
will experience heavy truck traffic as debris is loaded up and
hauled away. Please drive with extra care in that area along Hadron
Drive and BCS Road as trucks will be backing east onto BCS Road
toward the CMSA.
