[On_site_users] Evacuation information for Users at JLab - A message from Lorelei Carlson

To Users Onsite:

JLab has a program to support User evacuation should it become necessary
due to a major hurricane. If you are currently stationed at the lab and do
not have access to transportation, JLab will provide transportation to
evacuate you from the area if needed. In addition, JLab has an agreement
for short term housing in Richmond.

If you have no means of transportation while at JLab please register with
the User Liaison, Lorelei Carlson by COB today (CC L111, x6388,
lorelei at jlab.org <mailto:lorelei at jlab.org>) and provide the following 
information:

1.Your name (and the names of those in your group if applicable who 
might need assistance).

2.Contact number (cell number, or local number) where the lab can reach 
you if needed.

Each Hall has a contact person to assist in the event of such an 
emergency, they are:

Hall A: Doug Higinbotham x7851

Hall B: Eugene Pasyuk x6020

Hall C: Dave Gaskell x6092

Hall D: Elton Smith x7625
