[Outage-alert] Outage Alert: MIS Outage

Tonight, starting at 5:00 p.m., costpoint will be down 
for an upgrade.  This will also affect all MIS related
systems, such as Reqs, Travel, Credit Card, Maximo,
JLIST, Insight, and others.  All systems should be
available after 2:00 a.m.  If there are any questions
