[Outage-alert] Outage Alert: MIS systems outage

Many MIS systems will be down for about 15 minutes today starting a 5pm for installation of Windows updates.  
These systems include (but not limited to) Insight, Reqs, JList, Webstock, Work Requests, Shipping and Receiving Log, Suspense Tracking, Lessons Learned, Staff Search, and Approvals/Signatures.
