[Outage-alert] Outage Alert: MIS applications outage

At 5pm today, a few MIS applications will be unavailable while they are upgraded.  These applications include Requisitions, Forms, and any other applications that use approvals/signatures like CATS, Travel Authorizations, etc.
The outage shouldn't last more than 10 minutes.
