[Outage-alert] Outage Alert: MIS applications outage

At 5pm today, a number of MIS applications will be unavailable while the servers are reconfigured.  Some of the applications affected will be JList, Requisitions, the web staff search, Webstock, Work Requests, Shipping and Receiving log, etc.
The outage shouldn't last more than 30 minutes
