[Outage-alert] Outage Alert: MIS applications outage

At 5pm today, a few MIS applications will experience an outage for a software upgrade...including Requisitions and Insight.  A few others may experience limited functionality including CATS and Travel Authorizations.  The outage will only last about a half hour or so as the software is updated.
