[Outage-alert] MIS Applications outage

At 5pm today, several MIS applications will be brought offline for upgrades/maintenance.
This applications include Requisitions, Travel Authorizations, CATS, many of the MIS forms (railsForms, Return to Vendor form), etc.
The outage shouldn't last more than 15 minutes or so.
