[Pansophy] pansophydev work

  I will be working in pansophydev today and next week.
I am making major/global changes to formats of files.
This will cause problems (I'm sure of it) with files. Please email
me as you come across broken files and I will fix.
But please be patient too as I work to standardize all files.
Changes include:
header and footer included file usage
P2CustomTags updates
Removal of old customtags
directory standardization
condensing of image files/dirs and documents
