More problems with the NCR report.

1)  The are no data displayed, data is missing when doing a search for 
all NCRs related to C100-NCR.
2)  Had similar error messages as the C100-CAV-NCR when searching for 
all NCRs under R100-CAV-NCR and R100-NCR.
