[Pansophy] Not able to upload files in C100 (CEBAF 12 GeV cryomodule upgrade) Vertical cavity Testing

Not able to upload files in C100 (CEBAF 12 GeV cryomodule upgrade) 
Vertical cavity Testing :

Friday after 20.00 suddenly, it took very long time to upload a file 
(more than 2 minutes) followed by Pansophy message "Bad request". Monday 
morning, I got the same message. No success even after rebooting my 
computer, or if i tried to upload different files. Please help.
