[Pansophy] NCR traveler improvement

Valerie,

It would be nice if the traveler instances (e.g. drawings, procedures) 
are also linked to the associated NCRs.  This would save a significant 
amount of time over the long haul, especially for frequent users.

For example, I'm looking at the vacuum vessel inspection NCR.  The CMM 
rejection data is attached to the NCR.  I'd like to be able to open the 
associated drawing to look at the specific dimensions.
Right now, I would have to go back and open the original traveler to get 
to the drawing.  And if I have a bunch of NCRs to go through, the time 
could add up.

Just a thought.
